The situation after the 2019 Covid Pandemic brought dramatic changes in social life where humans tend to keep their distance, socialize limitedly and with IT technology. This change in social attitudes poses its own challenges to the law. The post pandemic Covid-19 pandemic has actualized the ensuring the transforming and development law for solving problems.
Given its spread scale, the law adaptation to the Covid-19 brings new challenges and this is a challenge faced by all legal systems without exception. The findings of this study reveal that fragmented and uncoordinated national responses have common trends caused by the unity goal of minimizing the economically, legally and financially destructive effects of the pandemic.
This study objective was to identify the transforming and developing law strategy to finally find a solution. In conclusion, the public has basic tendencies and patterns towards law have been revealed and how the law responds. This is a situation where society and law transform and develop following social changes. legal transformation and development is a challenge that emerged after the pandemic as a consequence of the social changes that have occurred in society.
